The history of Yerevan begins in from  B.C 782 and continues to the present day. The capital of Armenia, the country's largest settlement, economic and cultural center or simply the pink city. Yerevan is loved by all Armenians, it attracts tourists and many people are interested in visiting it.
The cultural life of the city is rich, about 100 museums, numerous theaters, an opera and ballet building, a cascade and many other buildings and cultural centers confirm this.
Yerevan can also be proud of its scientific life. Most of the country's universities are located here. Here is the only metro of Armenia.
The main architect to whom Yerevan is indebted for being like this is Alexander Tamanyan.
